How to Set Up Email Signatures on a Mac using Spark Mail app
- Download and launch Spark Mail app on your Mac.
- At the top left of your screen, click on Spark > Preferences.
- Navigate to the 'Signature' tab in Preferences and click on the 'Enable Signatures' option.
- Click on the + button at the bottom left and type in the content of your email signature.
- Use the formatting options at the top to style your signature content.
- Optionally, if you have the code for an HTML email signature, click on the 'HTML' text and paste in your code there.
- Next, select which of your email accounts you'd like to set this email signature as the default one.
That's it. Your Mac email signature is now ready to be used with any email you compose in Spark. To create more email signatures, simply repeat step 4 to 7 for every signature you create in Spark's preferences. You can create multiple email signatures on Mac for all your accounts configured in Spark.

How to Use Multiple Email Signatures on a Mac

Installing your email signature
- Copy your signature key.
- Click the ( + ) icon to add a new email signature to the installer app.
- Select your email client.
- Select your email account.
- Paste your signature key.
- Select your optional signature defaults for replies and forwards.
- Click Install Signature.
How to automatically update your email signature
Once your email signature has been installed into the installer app, any changes made to your email signature from the Email Signature Rescue dashboard will automatically be detected by the app and then update within your email client. Depending on which email client the email signature is installed in, you may or may not be prompted to restart your email client.
The email signature must be installed via it's signature key and the installer app must be running in order for automatic updates to work.

My email signature isn't inserting when I compose an email
If your email signature isn't inserting when composing a new email, there's two things you should check.
Airflow app license mac. Make sure your email signature is installed by going to your email client's settings or preferences. If your email signature is not installed then you should make sure everything in the app is correct. If it is and the app isn't installing your signature, please get in touch with our friendly Support Team by clicking the Help button within the app.
If your email signature IS installed, but isn't inserting into your emails, you'll need to set it as your default email signature for the account which can be done when installing your email signature into the app.

My email signature isn't automatically updating when making changes from my ESR account
Your email signature will only automatically update if have installed it via your signature key. If you have installed the email signature via your HTML file then your signature will not automatically update and will require you to re-install it with the updated file after making changes.
Outlook Mail App For Mac
If you have your signature key inserted, you should check that the key is correct and current with your email signature in your account. Go to your dashboard and ensure the key matches the one installed. If it does, go to the installer app and click Preview Signature, if the signature has updated in the preview but not within your email client then let us know and we'll look into the issue further.
Can I use your installer app if I'm not an Email Signature Rescue member?
Of course! You can still use our installer app as it's free to everyone.
If you already have a HTML email signature file, then you can select this option when installing your email signature instead of using the signature key.
Of course if you're not a member then your email signature won't automatically update when you make changes, but if you choose to become a member then you will be able to do this and make your life much simpler.
